Ingredients:

 - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - Pinch of sea salt
 
Instructions
Pulse It Up: In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and pulse until they form a sticky paste. Scrape down the sides as needed.
