ٱقْتَرَبَتِ Has come near

ٱلسَّاعَةُ the Hour

وَٱنشَقَّ and has split

ٱلْقَمَرُ the moon.

وَإِن And if

يَرَوْا۟ they see

ءَايَةً a Sign,

يُعْرِضُوا۟ they turn away

وَيَقُولُوا۟ and say,

سِحْرٌ "Magic

مُّسْتَمِرٌّ continuing."

وَكَذَّبُوا۟ And they denied

وَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ and followed

أَهْوَآءَهُمْ their desires,

وَكُلُّ but (for) every

أَمْرٍ matter

مُّسْتَقِرٌّ (will be a) settlement.

وَلَقَدْ And certainly

جَآءَهُم has come to them

مِّنَ of

ٱلْأَنۢبَآءِ the information

مَا wherein

فِيهِ wherein

مُزْدَجَرٌ (is) deterrence,

حِكْمَةٌۢ Wisdom

بَٰلِغَةٌ perfect,

فَمَا but not

تُغْنِ will avail

ٱلنُّذُرُ the warnings.
