Al-Insaan

Man

Playing

هَلْ Has

أَتَىٰ (there) come

عَلَى upon

ٱلْإِنسَٰنِ man

حِينٌ a period

مِّنَ of

ٱلدَّهْرِ time

لَمْ not

يَكُن he was

شَيْـًٔا a thing

مَّذْكُورًا mentioned?

Al-Insaan

Man

Playing

إِنَّا Indeed, We

خَلَقْنَا [We] created

ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ man

مِن from

نُّطْفَةٍ a semen-drop,

أَمْشَاجٍ a mixture,

نَّبْتَلِيهِ (that) We test him;

فَجَعَلْنَٰهُ so We made (for) him

سَمِيعًۢا hearing

بَصِيرًا and sight.

Playing

إِنَّا Indeed, We

هَدَيْنَٰهُ guided him

ٱلسَّبِيلَ (to) the way

إِمَّا whether

شَاكِرًا (he) be grateful

وَإِمَّا and whether

كَفُورًا (he) be ungrateful.

إِنَّآ Indeed, We

أَعْتَدْنَا [We] have prepared

لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ for the disbelievers

سَلَٰسِلَا۟ chains

وَأَغْلَٰلًا and shackles

وَسَعِيرًا and a Blazing Fire.

إِنَّ Indeed,

ٱلْأَبْرَارَ the righteous

يَشْرَبُونَ will drink

مِن from

كَأْسٍ a cup,

كَانَ is

مِزَاجُهَا its mixture

كَافُورًا (of) Kafur,
