وَيْلٌ Woe

لِّلْمُطَفِّفِينَ to those who give less,

ٱلَّذِينَ Those who

إِذَا when

ٱكْتَالُوا۟ they take a measure

عَلَى from

ٱلنَّاسِ the people,

يَسْتَوْفُونَ they take in full,

وَإِذَا But when

كَالُوهُمْ they give by measure (to) them

أَو or

وَّزَنُوهُمْ they weigh (for) them

يُخْسِرُونَ they give less.
